Dr. Stacy Croteau is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, Director of the Hemophilia/VWD program at Boston Children’s Hospital, and Associate Director of the Boston Hemophilia Center. She received her medical degree from Brown Medical School and her master of medical science degree from Brown University. She completed her pediatric residency training at Boston Children’s Hospital and pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship in at Boston Children’s Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Croteau is a member of the board of directors of the American Thrombosis and Hemostasis Network (ATHN) and the Hemophilia Alliance. Dr. Croteau currently serves at the primary investigator for several industry-sponsored or investigator-initiated clinical trials on hemophilia and other bleeding disorders. She enjoys clinical care of pediatric patients with hematological issues and patient and parent directed educational opportunities. Her primary areas of academic interest are early drug development, advancing an approach for personalized prophylaxis for hemophilia and other rare bleeding disorders, and quality improvement efforts targeting successful patient transition from pediatric to adult care.
