Indications

Adults and children with hereditary Factor X deficiency for:

  • Perioperative management of bleeding in patients with mild hereditary Factor X deficiency
  • Routine prophylaxis to reduce the frequency of bleeding episodes
Contraindications Patients who have had lifethreatening hypersensitivity reactions to COAGADEX or any of its components.

  • Store in original packaging to protect from light.
  • Store refrigerated or at room temperature, 36°F to 86°F (2 – 30°C). Do not freeze.

  • Do not use if the reconstituted solution is cloudy or contains any particles.
